This guideline contains all the essential information for exchanging your e-voucher. Your e-voucher will be redeemed for a wristband, which will serve as your access to the festival.
Exchange your e-vouchers before the event day!

Wednesday & Thursday, 10 & 11 December 2025

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 12, 13 & 14 December 2025
13:00 WITA – 01:00 WITA
E-voucher exchange will still be available during the festival days, but we highly recommend redeeming early to avoid long queues.
