We think it will be best to come early. So you’ll get the full experience. We open at 4 afternoon.

Can I bring a raincoat?

Feel free to bring your raincoat, but leave your umbrella at home.

What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras? Is it allowed?

Professional cameras are the ones you used to make money out of. Those kinds are NOT allowed, including DSLR, SLR, long lens camera & detachable lens camera. But, you can bring your pocket camera, mirrorless camera and polaroid camera to the festival. Take pictures as much as you want and share them!

Kamera profesional adalah kamera yang biasa Anda gunakan untuk menghasilkan uang. Jenis-jenis tersebut TIDAK diperbolehkan, termasuk DSLR, SLR, kamera lensa panjang & kamera lensa yang dapat dilepas. Namun, Anda bisa membawa kamera saku, kamera mirrorless, dan kamera polaroid ke festival. Silahkan mengambil foto sebanyak-banyaknya.

So can I bring video camera in too?

Professional broadcast video camera are not allowed

Dilarang membawa jenis video kamera profesional yang biasa digunakan untuk kualitas siaran TV.

If I have to exit the venue, can I come back in?

Yes, you may re-enter the festival area as long as you enter on the right gate (eg; GA ticket only can enter venue at GA Gate). But everything is basically provided inside the venue. So, there is no reason for you to go out from the festival, unless of an emergency.

Kalian akan diperbolehkan untuk memasuki kembali area festival selama kalian masuk melalui gerbang yang benar (GA tiket hanya bisa masuk melalui pintu GA). 

What should we wear?

You can wear anything that is comfortable to you. Wear comfy shoes instead of sandals. But make sure you don’t wear anything that is prohibited.

Kenakan saja pakaian yang nyaman menurut anda. Namun sangat disarankan mengenakan sepatu yang nyaman dan tidak merepotkan kamu (sneakers, sepatu keds). Pastikan anda tidak mengenakan sesuatu yang bertentangan dengan aturan kami.

Is there any food? Or can we bring food inside?

You can’t bring food inside the festival area. But, all great delicious food are provided by Ismaya Group Resto concept inside the festival area. Just remember to bring a LOT of money. We mean it!

Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar. Ismaya Group akan menyediakan konsep resto F&B yang akan menyediakan makanan dan minuman buat kalian selama festival berlangsung. Pastikan anda membawa uang yang cukup.

Is there any ATM on the festival area?

Yes, we have ATM on site. You can check the exact spot on our venue map at the festival area.

Will there be Medic on the festival area? If yes, where can I locate it?

Yes of course! Medic will be provided at the venue, we will have multiple medic spots, you can check it on our venue map.

How do I get there?

For #DWP24 ticket holders, we will send you an event guide through your email a few prior to the event.

Is there any locker provided in the festival area?

Of course, but we’re recommend you not to bring any baggage to the festival area. So you can go straight to the festival area and have some fun!

How can I buy the tickets?

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?

Max 8 tickets per person.

What’s the difference between VIP and GA?

Both will get you to enter the festival and experience the fun. VIP gets more classy treatment in the VIP section with its own toilet, bar, and service. You even get your own viewing area right in front of the stage. VIP and GA entrance will be seperated at the venue.

Keduanya dapat digunakan untuk memasuki festival. Namun, apabila anda mempunyai tiket VIP, anda dapat menikmati special treatment di VIP area, seperti toilet dan bar sendiri, bahkan anda juga akan mendapatkan VIP viewing area di depan stage. Pintu masuk GA dan VIP akan dipisah.

Will tickets be sold at the venue?

Yes, if it’s not sold out yet. But it’s always better to buy in advance. 

Ya, Dengan catatan bahwa tiket belum SOLD OUT. Namun disarankan untuk membeli tiket sebelum acara berlangsung.

If I buy the tickets on the designated #DWP24 ticket boxes, will I get the physical tickets right away?

All ticket purchases, aside from on site purchases, will receive an e-voucher that must be exchanged with a Wristband starting H-3 on the specified venue.

Semua pembelian tiket, kecuali pembelian tiket di venue, akan menerima eVoucher yang harus ditukarkan dengan Wristband yang dimulai pada H-4 di tempat yang sudah ditentukan.

What should I bring for the ticket exchange?

E-voucher exchange requires the printed E-voucher, ID that matches with name writtern in the E-voucher (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT). If you exchange it for your friends, you must bring letter of attorney and copy of ID (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT). Online purchase with credit card must bring the credit card that they you to purchase the tickets.

Penukaran E-voucher memerlukan E-voucher yang sudah dicetak, dan bawa KTP/SIM/PASSPORT (kartu identitas yang berlaku). Apabila penukaran eVoucher diwakilkan, harap menyertakan surat kuasa yang dilengkapi fotokopi KTP/SIM/PASSPORT (kartu identitas yang berlaku). Pembelian online dengan Kartu Kredit diwajibkan untuk membawa Kartu Kredit yang dipakai saat transaksi.

What do you mean by Early Entry Ticket?

Anyone with this type of ticket has to enter the festival area BEFORE 6 PM, otherwise you have to top up to enter the area.

Siapapun yang membeli tiket jenis EARLY ENTRY harus masuk ke area festival SEBELUM pukul 18:00 atau diharuskan melakukan top up sesuai dengan harga yang berlaku saat itu.

What is the valid pass to enter the venue? Tickets or wristbands?

Your wristband. If you do not wear any wristbands at the festival vicinity and area, you will not be allowed to enter. Tickets will not be a substitute pass if in any case you did not bring your wristband.

Wristband anda. Apabila anda tidak menggunakan wristband, anda tidak akan diperbolehkan memasuki area acara. Jika anda tidak membawa wristband anda, tiket TIDAK DAPAT dijadikan pengganti untuk memasuki area acara.

Where and when can I exchange my wristband?

ALL customers must exchange their e-vouchers to wristbands before entering the venue at the specified venue (to be updated soon).

Semua penonton diharuskan untuk menukarkan e-voucher dengan wristband sebelum memasuki area festival. Penukaran e-voucher berada di tempat yang sudah ditentukan (akan diinformasikan menyusul)

What time does to exchange wristbands start?

Time to exchange e-vouchers to wristbands starts from 11am-8pm.

Waktu penukaran tiket e-voucher untuk mendapatkan wristband di mulai pukul 11 pagi sampai dengan pukul 8 malam.

What if I do not exchange them at the designated date?

We STRONGLY advise you to exchange your wristbands on the designated date so you would enter the festival on the day without hassle and enjoy the experience. But we will have a ticket box at the venue so you can exchange your e-voucher on the festival day.

Kami sangat menyarankan agar anda menukarkan wristband anda pada tanggal yang telah ditentukan, sehingga pada hari acara anda dapat memasuki festival tanpa kesulitan. Namun kami memiliki ticket box di lokasi acara berlangsung, sehingga anda dapat menukarkan e-voucher anda pada hari festival.

Can I try or wear my wristband before the event?

You can wear your wristbands once you get them, but once you’ve tried it on, you CANNOT take them off because it will damage the wristband. Remember, please treat your wristbands carefully and hold on to it. YOUR WRISTBAND = YOUR PASS = YOUR MONEY. No refund will be given if you tampered your wristband

Anda dapat langsung menggunakan wristband anda pada saat anda menerimanya, akan tetapi anda TIDAK bisa melepaskan atau mencoba melepaskannya, karena itu akan merusak wristband anda. Ingat, anda harus menjaga wristband anda dengan sangat baik, karena wristband ini adalah tanda masuk anda. I accidentally damaged my wristband, what do I do?

Sorry, there’s nothing we can do. Once we give it to you, it becomes your possession, it becomes your responsibility, NOT ours. See the previous question.

Is the Festival all ages?

NO. All customers attending this event must be at least 18 years old 
*All alcohol purchase must be at least 21 years old.

What should I present at the entrance gate?
Guests must show a valid photo ID to enter the festival.
KTP, Driver’s License, Passport, Basic Resident Registration Card are valid forms of photo ID
Guests without valid photo ID will be denied admission without refund

Is the age restrictions applicable at the time of festivals or when I buy a ticket?

Age restrictions applicable on the event date. Refunds will not be given for refusal entry.

SECURITY ENTRY
All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. Event organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of the event organizer is in violation of event rules, which may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

KEAMANAN
Seluruh pengunjung, termasuk media akan diperiksa sebelum memasuki area festival. Dengan memasuki area festival, seluruh pengunjung berarti bersedia untuk diperiksa secara menyeluruh seperti hal-nya pemeriksaan di bandara, termasuk mengosongkan kantong dan tas, dan memeriksa seluruh barang-barang yang dibawa. Detektor narkoba elektronik dan K-9 akan digunakan. Penyelenggara acara mempunyai hak untuk menolak atau mengeluarkan orang dari area festival, apabila orang tersebut melanggar peraturan yang telah dibuat. Peraturan tersebut dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu, dengan ataupun tanpa pemberitahuan.

RECORDING RIGHTS
Ismaya Live and its affiliations/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder’s image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this show hereby fully releases and discharges Ismaya Live (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.
